In 2003, Julia joined Baird Standish to found Facility Specialists in Philadelphia to provide custom maintenance services to property owners and managers throughout the tri-state area. In addition to overseeing the daily operations at Facility Specialists, Julia is active in a variety of restoration and heritage groups, as well as the Historical Society of Chestnut Hill, where she lives with her family.
Julia brings a background in real estate, which began in 1987 with The Halstead Property Company in Manhattan, that continues to contribute to her understanding of the importance of proper maintenance.
