I am thrilled with Facility Specialists’ restoration of our marble counter and table, and granite counters. Baird Standish and his team are experts in restoration, providing terrific service and results. Baird and Julia Ward gave very complete information about the options available for our marble and granite restoration and took the trouble to drop off samples of the available finishes. Baird is extremely knowledgeable about various processes, as well as recommended maintenance with cleaning products. He also has a great attention to detail. Baird followed up with an estimate in a very timely manner. He was present while the repair and restoration work was being done, assisting and supervising Sultan. We opted for the MORE AntiEtch product on our marble kitchen counters, which was polished to our desired finish, resulting in a beautiful appearance. Facility Specialists also restored our marble dining table and bathroom granite counters. Baird and Sultan were a pleasure to have in our home, and they left the workplace clean each evening. I plan to have Facility Specialists return to do additional marble counters in our kitchen. If you need your counters restored, I highly recommend Facility Specialists – they are truly experts.

Facility Specialists has been providing custodial service for Our Mother of Consolation School on a 5-day per week schedule since 2006. The cleaning has been excellent and the service very reliable. Facility Specialists also has been issued their own set of keys to our building and has been entering and exiting our building each evening without incident. In addition to the daily tasks of dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and removing trash in all academic as well as business areas, bathrooms and break areas, Facility Specialists also performs an annual detailed building cleaning which includes stripping and waxing all VCT floor areas and cleaning all carpets. The marble and terrazzo in the church building is also cleaned and polished by Facility Specialists on regular basis. We have been very pleased with their work and would be happy to recommend their services.
